<p data-pid="Gz3JaoD0" style="margin: 1.4em 0px;"><span style="font-weight: 600;">误区1:</span>听说不错的领导力课程,可能只适合说不错的企业的领导力培训需求,未必适合自己的企业需求;<br />
<span style="font-weight: 600;">误区2:</span>有不少所谓的“教授”、“研究员”、“客座教授”都是花钱买来的头衔,比如前一段被国家取缔的某“中管院”就卖了很多头衔;<br />
<span style="font-weight: 600;">误区3:</span>很多培训机构,还要大多数经纪公司的人员真的不懂培训,也不会深度了解企业的真正培训需求,更给不了适合的领导力培训课程提案。他们手里有大堆的培训师资料,听说企业有个领导力培训需求,就第一时间找个领导力课程推过去,抢占先机。<br />
<span style="font-weight: 600;">误区4:</span>网上的领导力课程有很多,就从课纲的介绍中要筛选出适合自己的课程就比较难,再找到合适的老师更难。但功夫不负有心人,这相对来说是一个比较靠谱的做法,问题是要看搜索的人都功底了,前提还必须是知道自己需要什么样的领导力培训课程。<br />
<span style="font-weight: 600;">误区5:</span>国际知名机构“授权”给讲师讲他们的版权课程的只有寥寥几家。大多数机构颁发的“证书”只不过是“兹证明某某某于某年某月某日参加并完成了本课程的学习”,换句话说,只不过是讲师的学习证书。或者“兹证明某某某完成了某某某课程的TTT培训”,换句话说,此讲师参加过如何讲这门课的学习,也不是“授权/认证证书”。但也有真正的认证证书,比如本人的“DiSC认证培训师”(DiSC Certified Trainer):</p>
